Six IN-PERSON Sessions September 17, 24, October 1, 8, 15, 22 This course will be a fun, low impact approach to line-dance. Participants will learn simple techniques to create body flight, movement and turns. The instructor will introduce different dance rhythms as well as choreography to take you to the next level. Beginners are welcome. Leather or suede soled shoes are recommended. Jean Maggio arrived in Gainesville, GA as a retiree in 2002. Jean started line-dancing to meet new friends and was so enamored that she began teaching. She soon realized that there was more to it than teaching steps, so she studied, tested and earned her NTA Certification. Jean still loves line-dancing 18 years later and continues to meet new friends through dance.
