Apply now to be a vendor at City of Gaithersburg's Oktoberfest 2025. $20 non-refundable application fee along with a fully submitted application is required to be considered for all vendors; alcohol, food, merchant/business, artist/crafter/commercial crafter & non-profits.) If selected additional vendor fees apply. Application deadline July 22, 2025. The 32nd annual Oktoberfest returns to transform the Kentlands in Gaithersburg, with multiple stages of live entertainment featuring traditional Bavarian music; dancing, along with local, regional & national talent. Fall-themed activities for families, a Business Expo, Artisans, Beer, Non-Alcoholic beer, Mead & Cider, and delicious food will delight attendees throughout the day. In past years this event has drawn crowds of up to 20,000.
Fees: $20
$20 fee is non-refundable. Not all applicants are accepted. All applicants will be notified of acceptance/non-acceptance via email within two weeks after the July 22nd deadline.
