Description

Half Day Hoopla is a fun-filled recreation program for elementary school age children on MCPS half days. Children meet at the Activity Center to participate in our Penny Carnival. Students from any elementary school can attend, but parents must provide transportation to the Activity Center. Two slices of pizza will be provided however, students should eat lunch prior to the start of the Half Day Hoopla. A late fee of $1 for every minute will be charged to parents upon late arrival. Payment is due in cash at that time.
