AI Adventurers (8th grade+ with prerequisites) Explore the world of AI with hands-on experience in machine learning and neural networks!  Students start by investigating machine learning methods like logistic regression and random forests, which computers use every day to make important decisions.  Then, they dive into neural networks that mimic the brain.  We break down the math behind these concepts into easy-to-follow lessons and introduce exciting topics, such as examining how computers recognize images.  By the end of the week, students will develop and train their own models! Prerequisites: Proficiency in Python and a solid grasp of algebra are required. Students should be comfortable with major programming concepts, including functions, loops, conditionals (if/else), classes, and data structures like lists and dictionaries. Experience with common libraries such as NumPy is also beneficial.
