Learn the fundamentals and proper technique of Classic Pilates Mat. By developing proper technique, you can actually re-train your body to move in safer, more efficient patterns of motion, which are invaluable for injury recovery, sport performance, good posture, and optimal health. Mat and props are provided. Please wear socks to class. No Pilates experience required.
