Description
Do you find it difficult to stay organized? Learn a simple, pen-and-paper system to help organize your thoughts, tasks, and goals. The Bullet Journal method (Bujo for short) is particularly helpful for neurodivergent thinkers, busy parents, professionals, and anyone who wants to feel more grounded and in control of their time. This method provides a flexible, customizable practice that supports both mindfulness and productivity. Participants will leave with a personalized setup they can use to manage their life with more clarity and intention. This workshop is perfect for beginners or anyone craving a better relationship with time.
Please bring a blank journal (dot grid, lined, or plain) and a pencil/pen to this workshop.
