LynnFit Original is a one-hour cardio dance, muscle toning, and stretch class. Each class combines elements of fun dance moves, kickboxing, and calisthenics, to a variety of music styles. Strength training through pilates, and yoga using standing and floor mat versions, will vary through the week. We provide mats, hand weights, small pilates balls, and stretchy bands for this class. You can bring your own if you prefer.
