Join us with instructor Michelle Rogers on a 60-minute sound bath journey! Experience deep relaxation and renewal.

Using crystal bowls, gong, chimes, & other soothing instruments, you'll be guided into a a state of calm as sound vibrations help release tension, quiet the mind, and restore balance to the body & spirit.
No experience necessary - simply wear comfortable clothing; bring a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, eye mask or anything to provide you with comfort; and settle in allowing the waves of sound to support your healing and peace.

Refund Policy: If FVCS cancels a class you will receive a refund (except transaction fees which are charged by our service provider). If you withdraw more than 3 days prior to class, FVCS will charge a 25% fee to a maximum of $20 for admin costs and provide an account credit for the remaining tuition. If you withdraw less than 3 days before class starts, no refund or credit will be given.
