BRIOCHE CINNAMON ROLLS

Learn how to make soft, buttery and delicious brioche dough that you can roll into beautiful pinwheels of cinnamon and sugar in this hands-on class. Learn all the tips and tricks to making delicious overnight brioche cinnamon rolls, cinnamon swirl bread, and other brioche dough based delights. Participants will get to taste delectable treats and take home 9 cinnamon buns (with icing) to bake the next day as well as a packet of recipes and info!(Please bring a 9x13 baking vessel or 2 smaller baking pans)
