INTERPRETING WEATHER FORECASTSThis Lesson will describe the meaning of terminology often used in everyday weather forecasts such as confidence levels, probabilities, and chances. Understanding these will allow a reader to better interpret weather forecasts and more effectively plan for upcoming changes in weather.
Class is instructed by Portland Meteorologist and CCC Faculty member in the Fire Science Dept, John Saltenberger.
