Description

It's never too late to learn something NEW! Whether you have done gymnastics before or this is your first time, we encourage you to come have fun with us. We will stretch and learn some skills on the floor, use the bars and beams, use the springboards and the vault table, and even have some fun in the foam pit.

Proper attire is mandatory for all gymnastics participants. Please avoid hood shirts or sweatshirts. Options for girls include gymnastics leotards, shorts, and t-shirts. Boys are welcome to wear shorts or sweatpants with a t-shirt. All participants should perform activities with bare feet. Hair MUST be pulled back and away from face prior to the start of class.
