Description

Falling poses a serious risk to older adults and others who are mobility impaired, and can often result in nursing home stays. In this innovative program, participants are assessed for balance, mobility, and fall risk. In this program, training to improve balance and mobility is conducted and is adjusted on an individual basis. *$4 for caregiver insurance if applicable.
