*Registration closes August 8, 2025 This course is designed to give artists the opportunity to begin or refine their skills in still life drawing. This course emphasizes measuring and value application techniques in charcoal, but is designed to be highly accessible and disambiguate methods for controlling proportions, shading, and refining edges. This course is designed for students 16+ . Beginning artists will have a high level of knowledge as they pursue their art careers or schooling, professional drawers will have an opportunity to refine their skills and perhaps revisit techniques that were overlooked or hastily taught.
