Inclusive Adult Fitness
Fridays, 10:00am -10:45amThis inclusive adult fitness class is designed for participants of all abilities and fitness levels, creating a supportive and welcoming environment for everyone. Each session combines individualized workouts tailored to meet personal fitness goals, while encouraging social interaction and group engagement. Whether you're looking to improve strength, flexibility, or simply have fun, this class promotes a positive, inclusive atmosphere where all participants can feel empowered, motivated, and connected. Ages 15+. $55/8 weeks.Drop-in $10/class.
