This class is specifically designed for those who plan to race their single or double this year. Classes will be limited to 5-6 athletes, or 10-12 athletes. The goal of this class is to improve your technical performance for rowing at race pace. Athlete MUST be proficient in their single From college students to retirees, beginners to the very experienced, men and women of all ages and physical abilities can participate in Riverfront Recapture classes for beginning, intermediate and experienced rowers. Classes are offered in both large, team boats (sweep rowing) and smaller, individual boats (sculling) in spring, summer and fall, and during the winter we train indoors.
