The figure with each race includes the cost per seats you rowed, as well as the portion of the shared trailer/travel and other expenses. In some instances this will include things like late registration fees or scratch fees. It also includes staff time, and staff travel covered by the teams. The shared costs are divided by the total number of competitors participating. Any deposit you made earlier in the season is factored into the balance due.
