This class is for beginners and focuses on the basic hula style of Halau I Ka Pono. We will focus on foot work, hand motions, and then integrate hands with feet in a basic hula. No experience necessary.
A fun and exhilarating class that will focus on coordination and learning a variety of rhythms and tempos which will build every week.
