Description
Registration for this class will begin at 9:00 AM on Thursday, 6/5, via online and phone only. No class on 6/16, 6/30, and 7/28
Fit in 40 minutes of cardio, core work, and muscle toning! This Monday morning, the class will be held standing, so a mat is not needed. We will utilize resistance bands and the weight of our own body, using the wall for balance when needed. Resistance bands will be provided. Wear supportive footwear and bring water.
