Description
Registration for this class will begin at 9:00 AM on Thursday, 6/5, via online and phone only. No class on 6/18 and 7/2
Fit in 40 minutes of cardio, core work, and muscle toning! This Wednesday AM class will include some floor work. We will utilize resistance bands and the weight of our own body, using the wall for balance when needed. Resistance bands will be provided. Bring supportive footwear, a comfortable mat for floor poses, and water.
