Bronze Group Requirements
Minimum age of 8 years old and the following skills:

The Bronze group is the entry-level training group of the Seahawks program, a step up from level 5 swim lessons.

Must demonstrate the ability to swim a length of the pool unassisted at any depth (25M), with continuous arms moving in and out of the water (front crawl), and be able to put and keep their face in the water with rotary breathing.

The goal of this group is to teach that competitive swimming is fun and to learn three of the four competitive strokes, as well as starts and turns.

Our skilled coaching staff works to provide a safe, fun, and nurturing environment for all athletes, enabling each swimmer to achieve their personal goals in the pool and experience the lifelong enjoyment of swimming.
