Description
Registration for this class will begin at 9:00 AM on Thursday, 6/5, via online and phone only. No class on 6/30 and 7/28
This gentle yoga class focuses on mindful movements to improve balance, strength, and flexibility. Yoga is a great way to decrease stress and tension in the mind and body. Most classes include standing, seated, prone, and supine poses. Please feel free to bring anything that will help you be most comfortable for floor work, including a yoga mat.
