Description

Come learn to sew! Beginners will learn basic sewing skills such as pinning fabric, marking sewing lines, sewing in a straight line and using sewing notions (tools). Students will complete 3-4 projects such as pillow forms, covers and cases, totes, hanger covers and cloth baskets. In the Intermediate class students will be improving their sewing skills and learning to read patterns. Students will make 2-3 more advanced projects such as a tote bag, pajama bottoms and rag quilts. Sewing machines are provided.

An additional $10 material fee is paid to the instructor on the first day of class.
