Description

Jump around in the pool while we listen to some fast-paced music and have a good time while exercising with friends. Open to all levels, no swimming experience needed. Bring a bathing suit, aqua shoes, sun protection (ie: hat, sunscreen, sunglasses) towel, a water bottle. The pool temperature is 83-86 degrees and locker rooms are available for use pre/post workout. Session 2 runs from July 7th - July 30th. This class is geared towards ages 60 or better.
