3 Hours POST Credit Module J & F - Regulatory Disclosures and Advertising
The Nevada Real Estate Academy is proud to offer a Post-Licensing course approved by the Nevada Real Estate Division that meets the educational requirements of NAC 645.4442 for first year licensees (Modules A-O). There are 10 sessions required for First year Licensees.
The goal of this course is to familiarize licensees with the Residential Disclosure Guide and the federal, state and local government disclosures that are mandatory or recommended in real estate transactions. And comply with Federal and state advertising requirements.
