LIVE IN PERSON Classroom Instruction! - This 120 hour course consists of 90 Hours Real Estate Principles, Practices, Law and Nevada Real Estate Law and 30 Hours of Contracts & Agency. This is the Nevada State prescribed Pre-Licensing course that prepares Prospective Real Estate salespersons and Brokers for the two-part Pearson Vue exam.
Once you have completed registration you will be required to read the Course Catalog and complete the Academy's Enrollment Agreement. You will need to email all the required documents to RESchool@bhhsnv.com. Documents to be emailed are: All receipts and/or coupons, enrollment agreement completely filled out and signed (located on this site.) Once ALL documents are received via email you will can make an appointment to pick up the course text books. A few days prior to class you will receive an email with the class information.
