Instructor: Megan Gill In this 4-week botanical watercolor session, you’ll learn how to confidently draw, ink, and paint popular house plants—one at a time. Each week builds your skills with clear, structured exercises in a fun, supportive environment. You'll walk away with your own illustrated reference sheets and a final botanical poster to showcase your work! What You’ll Learn Each Week: • Practice drawing plant shapes and leaf structures with step-by-step guidance. • Use pen and ink to enhance contrast and add crisp detail. • Mix realistic greens for each plant using simple color formulas. • Complete a final painted poster combining everything you’ve learned. What to Bring: Bring watercolor brushes (#6 round and #2 round), watercolor palette, watercolor paper (140#) size 9x12 or 6x9, Winsor & Newton Cotman watercolors (10 tubes), a water container, pencils, a kneaded eraser, paper towels, and a waterproof ink pen (like a Uni-Ball Signo 207).
