Does painting water feel intimidating? In this 4-week session, you’ll learn simple techniques to paint ripples, reflections, and waves that bring your seascapes to life. With step-by-step guidance and a fun, supportive environment, you’ll gain confidence in every brushstroke. What You’ll Learn Each Week: -Master smooth washes and gradients for water effects. -Add ripples and waves to create depth and movement. -Explore warm and cool tones to set the mood in your water scenes. -Learn techniques for painting realistic reflections. What to Bring: Bring watercolor brushes (#6 round and #2 round), watercolor paper (140#), Winsor & Newton Cotman watercolors (10 tubes), a water container, pencils, and a kneaded eraser. Don’t have supplies? A $40 kit is available for purchase.
