Description
The HREC Speed Development class is a great opportunity for any athlete to get faster! We will work on running technique, mobility, top speed, and fast starts all while focusing on just the things that will make you faster for any sport/activity you enjoy! Are you a field athlete? Let’s get faster! Are you a court athlete? Let’s get faster! Do you enjoy improving at your distance events? Let’s get faster! All of the drills/exercises are geared towards getting the improvements at your sport/activity that we all want. The HREC Speed Development class will help all athletes do just that! Let’s get faster together!Course Instructor:Mr. Josh Bowie
Coach Bowie has been part of the Physical Education team at Crocker Middle School since 2007. He is a longtime coach with HREC coaching flag football, basketball & track. In addition to his work at Crocker, he is a high school football coach with stops at Capuchino High School, Sacred Heart Prep, Menlo School and is currently with Woodside High School in Woodside, CA. The best part about coaching is helping athletes reach their goals and watching them enjoy success on the field, court, or track!
