Description
Do you want to better support your child through friendship drama, big emotions, or tough moments—but aren’t always sure how?
Join us for the Align Parent Series Equipped: Building Your Parenting Toolbox, One Week at a Time, a guided weekly class designed to help caregivers build confidence and gain practical tools to support their children’s emotional growth. Grab your coffee and come hangout.
Each session dives into a different social-emotional focus, including:
?? What to say (and what not to) during meltdowns
?? Building your child’s confidence and problem-solving
?? Supporting peer conflict without taking over
?? Tools for emotional regulation—yours and theirs
?? Creating a calm, connected home environment
Led by Julie Schultz, counselor and founder of Align Social Emotional Learning, this small group offers space to reflect, connect, and walk away each week with something new you can apply at home.
