September Presentation: Timeless Wheels: A Retrospective on the Model T Ford presented by The Midwest Chapter of the Model T Ford Club
Step Back in Time with the Model T Ford Club's Antique Car Presentation & Show-and-Tell. This is a unique opportunity to explore the golden age of automobiles! Four to five members of the Midwest Chapter of the Model T Ford Club, International will bring a selection of their beautifully preserved antique cars, some over 100 years old, for a special presentation at The Community House.
The event begins with fascinating facts, stories, and vintage photos, followed by a live show-and-tell. Attendees will be able to view the cars up close and ask questions about their history, restoration, and more. Whether you’re a car enthusiast or simply curious, this event is sure to spark your imagination.
About the Club & Members:
The Midwest Chapter of the Model T Ford Club, International is made up of over 100 families from the greater Chicagoland area, all dedicated to preserving and restoring antique automobiles—especially the iconic Model “T” Ford. The group meets monthly in Westmont and actively participates in parades, community events, and road tours. From spring through fall, members enjoy day trips in their vintage cars, including one annual overnight outing. Regional and national tours are also organized, with a major summer tour to Canada planned for 2026, expecting 225–250 Model T's from across North America.
