SHOW & THEATRE DETAILS: Join us at The Theatre of Western Springs as we see “the funniest farce ever written,” Noises Off presents a manic menagerie of itinerant actors rehearsing a flop called Nothing’s On. Doors slamming, on and offstage intrigue, and an errant herring all figure in the plot of this hilarious and classically comic play!!If you are a local of the area who has not seen a show at TWS now is your chance to catch a show at this gem of a theatre that has run continuously for over 90 years!!! Founded in 1929 by Western Springs resident Mary Cattell, The Little Theatre of Western Springs created an immediate reputation for quality theatre in suburban Chicago. Fee includes group ticket pricing only! No transportation provided. Please meet us at the theatre by 1:50 pm.
The show starts at 2:30p and runs approx. 2.5 hours with a 15 min intermission. Theatre has a concession area selling snacks, water, soda, beer & wine! They even have a special split the pot raffle you are welcome to join!
TRIP & TRAVEL DETAILS:This is a Meet-up trip - transportation is NOT included. The Theatre of Western Springs is located at: 4384 Hampton Avenue Western Springs, IL 60558. Free Lot parking is available at the theatre directly out front of main doors.
PRE-SHOW LUNCH OPTION:Let us know by April 28th if you would like to meet for lunch before the performance at Hillgrove Tap-Western Springs & arrangements will be made at that time. Space will be reserved & Lunch payment is on your own.
Kindly register at least 2 weeks in advance to ensure the event can take place. Minimum of (6) attendees needed - Only (12) tickets available! Absolutely no refunds unless canceled by the community house.
