Give yourself permission to fully unwind in this restorative practice of yogic sleep. With your yoga mat, pillow, and blanket, you’ll settle into comfort while being guided through breathwork, body scanning, and visualization. This deeply restful meditation invites release, clarity, and renewal. No prior yoga experience is required—simply come as you are and rest deeply.
