Get ready to kick off your Thanksgiving morning with family, friends, and your running shoes! Join us for our 10th anniversary celebration of the Run Your Giblets Off Turkey Trot — a fun, festive, and family-friendly 5K benefiting the FoodBank of Monmouth & Ocean Counties.

Runner Waves:
- Wave 1: 9:00 AM (for runners finishing under 27 minutes)
- Wave 2: 9:30 AM
Walker Wave: 10:00 AM (must be finished by 11AM)
Kids Fun Run: 11:00 AM
*Wave times subject to change.

Registrants after 11/7/25 are not guaranteed an event shirt in their size. Only sizes shown in the registration dropdown are available. Once sold out, you will receive a bib and swag bag only.

This event takes place no matter the weather—please dress accordingly.
📦 MANDATORY PACKET PICKUP
To ensure a smooth event day, all participants must pick up their packet ahead of time. Choose from one of the following:
• Sunday, November 23, 2025 | 11AM–2PM
Location: Road Runner Sports, Shrewsbury, NJ
• Wednesday, November 26, 2025 | 4PM–6PM
Location: Bell Works, Holmdel, NJ
Race-day pickup is discouraged and will incur a $5 cash fee, donated directly to the local PBA.

☔ Rain or Shine Event — Please Dress Accordingly!
🚨 IMPORTANT REMINDERS:
• Wear comfortable clothing and running shoes
• Strollers are allowed on the course
• Pets are welcome — must be leashed
• Come with your bib attached
– Lost bibs cannot be reissued on event day
👕 SHIRT POLICY:
Participants who register after November 7, 2025 are not guaranteed an event shirt.
Available sizes will be shown in the dropdown menu during registration.
Once shirts are sold out, only a swag bag and bib will be available for pickup.
📦 PACKET PICKUP POLICY:
Packet pickup must be done in advance at one of the designated sessions.
If you do not pick up your packet early, you will be charged a $5 cash fee on race day.
This fee will be donated directly to the local PBA.
