Description
Looking for a day to unplug, relax and get refreshed? We've got just the thing! Join us for Wellness Day at Messenger Woods for a full day of pampering and enjoying the benefits of nature. Programming includes a yoga session hosted by Simply Yoga of Lemont; plant pot painting led by RejuveNate Plants and Wellness; a short guided hike with the Conservation Foundation; and catered lunch by Chef Dan Casey generously donated by Mistwood Golf Club's McWethey's Tavern. Visit these partners and more over lunch for giveaways and to learn more about their offerings in support of your wellness!
The entire program will take place outdoors, so be sure to dress for the weather and bring water. The hike and activities may take plan on paved and natural surfaces across uneven terrain.
Participants under 18 must be accompanied by a registered adult.
