Unlock the power of personal symbolism in this hands-on mixed media workshop led by Tooba Safeer, featured artist in our Fall Exhibition. Drawing inspiration from Surrealist icons like Dalí, Frida Kahlo, and Magritte, participants will explore how memory, objects, and emotion can be transformed into a symbolic visual language. Through guided storytelling exercises, object association, and collaborative or individual art-making, attendees will develop a personalized symbolic vocabulary and create new work rooted in surrealist traditions, all informed by Tooba’s own creative process.
