Description
This class is shear fun! You will learn to transform sheep fleece into beautiful fiber while spinning, dyeing, and designing your very own yarn made project! When you are done, you'll be able to say you did it all (except shear the sheep)!
Topics Covered
We recommend that students have basic knitting or crochet skills – or that they are familiar with how to warp and weave on a table loom. Our first two months together will be spent processing, spinning and dyeing our yarns; our last two months will be spent creating simple garments or textiles using our handspun yarns.
