This class will give you the opportunity to develop and strengthen your painting skills while also exploring content and meaning. Color relationships and brushwork techniques will be expanded upon as a means of expressing individual ideas. Historical and contemporary works will be introduced as sources of inspiration. Prompts will be given to ignite your creative approach to the medium. Instruction will include demonstrations, lectures, and individualized guidance from the instructor.
