Oil— it isn't just for car engines and salad dressings! In this class, you'll learn the basics of a painting medium that's been used for centuries, focusing on color mixing, shape finding, and compositional design. As you create a painting from start to finish, your instructor will provide lessons on oil techniques and give you feedback as your painting takes shape.

If students have their own oils, please be sure to have warm and cool primary colors as listed below. Instructor will use Amazons: Blick Set of 12 Studio Oil color basic set About $40.00. Plus an additional tube of white.
