Join us every Tuesday from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Pride Park (1129 Vandeman St.) for a gentle, rejuvenating hour of chair yoga. For just a $2 drop-in fee, this class provides an opportunity to engage in slow-paced movements, breathing exercises, and stretches - all while seated in a chair. Whether you're new to yoga or experienced, this class offers a safe, accessible way to improve flexibility, balance, and overall well-being in a welcoming environment. Each session will be instructor led in a supportive environment, with modifications available for different abilities. No prior yoga experience is necessary, and everyone is encouraged to participate at their own pace. It’s a wonderful opportunity to connect with others and enjoy some mindful movement in a relaxed, friendly setting.
