Description

Lace up your hiking boots and join us as we explore the forests and gardens of the Oak Glen Preserve this summer! Youth Outdoor Discovery Programs at The Wildland Conservancy's Oak Glen Preserve include hands on learning about the Great Outdoors through learning to identify predators and pray, and see species of fish, birds, and critters.

This is a FREE Experience for youth and families! Transportation is provided.
About our trip...
Our Adventure begins bright and early at 7:30am. We will transport in DRD Passenger Vans. Please have all kiddos use the restrooms and fill up their water bottles prior to boarding.
Every adventurer large and small must bring their lunch, snacks, reusable water bottle, sun protection (sunblock, hat, sunglasses, etc,), and comfortable walking shoes. There will be a lunch break between activities.
These fun day trips are funded by the Coachella Valley Mountains Conservancy's Climate Resilience and Community Access Grant Program.
