Description
Working out can be hard, but it can be a whole lot better being outside with your friends while doing it. In the Backyard Bootcamp fitness class, we will work on exercises that you could do in your own backyard. We will use our own bodies and our surroundings to get us moving and get fit all while enjoying the outdoors.
Please dress for a workout and bring a water bottle.
