Description

This program will provide an overview of the changes in opportunities and expectations regarding sexual health in late life. Learn about how life expectancy, sexually transmitted infection transmission and the desire for sexual intimacy with or without a partner has changed the way we look at the idea of a "sexy senior". We will also briefly look at some strategies for safe and satisfying sex and the things that you can bring up with your health care provider if needed. You will gain knowledge a better understanding of the aging body and some tips for achieving a safe and satisfying intimacy experience. Bring and open mind and a willingness to consider new ideas.
