Description
Share your individual story of pain in your ankle/foot and learn more about your problem area in a small group setting. Every participant will receive a little bodywork (Rossiter) from Megan to stretch and fast forward their healing as well as some exercises and stretches to do at home to continue to improve. Instructor: Megan Valencia, a licensed massage therapist with more than twenty years of experience.Fee: $50 ($37.50 for participants on the low-income membership program), pay instructor at the beginning of class.
