Description
Spend some time on the water combining two of your favorite activities - fishing and kayaking! Enjoy a paddle with a certified instructor at Rock Run Rookery. Bring your favorite fishing pole and some tackle for an evening on the water. We will start with a tour of the lake while learning about local fish species. Then you'll have time to cast around and try your luck to see what fish are biting.
Previous kayaking and fishing experience is required as this is not an instructional program.
Personal kayaks are welcome.
Wear shoes and clothes that can get wet, and don't forget your sunscreen, sunglasses, and water bottle.
The launch is accessible from the parking lot on a paved pathway.
