This beginner-friendly course invites students to explore the art of crochet. You’ll gain an understanding of different types of yarn and crochet hooks, learn how to read and interpret patterns, and master fundamental stitches such as slip knot, chain, slip stitch, single crochet, and double crochet. The course also covers techniques for seamless color changes. These skills will be applied to create straight-row designs, allowing students to craft flat projects like blankets, placemats, and more.
