The Film Blanc is in a sub-genre of the Romantic Comedy and a subversion of the classic period Film Noir. In essence, a "heavenly waiting room" movie where a cosmic error turns the mediation of life, love, and existence into a madcap farce. We will screen and discuss five of these filmic gems.
