UBCO Recreation has another great Fitness Partnership for you! PACE Spin Studio is hosting a UBCO Recreation night. Join us for a full-body workout that nourishes and connects your mind and body. Each class has a weight track where you can give your legs a break and focus on building strength and toning your upper body.
Haven't taken a Spin Class at PACE, this is your chance to join other UBCO Students in a community ride. Grab your friends for a great workout and meet new people!
