Description
Improve your range of motion and flexibility in this class focused on targeted stretching and mobility exercises. Led by our Nationally Certified Personal Trainers, each session will address different body areas to enhance performance and reduce the risk of injury.
This class runs monthly and the price reflected shows the overall program amount. When registering you will have the option of going on a monthly payment plan for the remainder of the program and the overall fee will be prorated based on the date you enroll.
