Les Mills STRENGTH DEVELOPMENT is a 45-minute full-body progressive strength workout. This is a new 12-week progressive training challenge! Week 7 is all about power and athleticism and being able to move the barbell quickly and explosively. After the warm-up, we start with a Power Circuit, then a Clean and Press challenge with as many reps as possible, supersets and core conditioning to finish. You pick your weight selection for all exercises.
