Description
Aqua Blast is a fun low-impact fitness class in the lap pool. Join us for intervals of cardio, strength, & endurance using aqua weights and water resistance.
This class will challenge both your body and mind strength. Using yoga poses to allow your body to reach beyond and push your limits all the while using safety as a guideline.
